Peak Physical Condition- Dinah has trained her body to be at peak physical condition, which means her strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, senses, healing and endurance are all at near peak perfection(even without her enhanced meta-human physique).

Meta-human Physiology- Dinah has shown to poses some meta-human abilities.

• Enhanced Strength- She poses superhuman strength, as she has shown to be capable of lifting things twice her total body weight.
• Enhanced Durability- Dinah is capable of withstanding and surviving some situations that would kill a regular human (explosions, falling from great heights, deep cuts and wounds, etc.)
• Enhanced Reflexes- Dinah is capable of dodging or reacting fast enough to dodge or block gunfire
• Canary Cry- A meta-gene that she inherited from her mother, it gives her a potent sonic attack, able to damage and stun foes or objects, to the point of shattering metal. She possesses an incredible degree of control over her vocal cords. This enables her to mimic sounds and generate any sound she desires, even developing several abilities. The Canary Cry has been able to reach 300 decibels, which is enough to make a person's ears start bleeding even if they're not the attack target. She has also managed to make use of this ability in creative ways such as using her Canary cry to scream below her and slow her falls down.
• Echolocation- Dinah can use her Canary cry to mimic that of “bat like” echolocations, thus allowing her to “see” things in 360 degrees, and even in places that has low visibility.

Acrobatics- Dinah has conditioned her body, to be able to maneuver in all terms of gymnastic and acrobatic skills.

Master martial artist- She is one of the most skilled martial artists on the planet. She was also been trained by Ted Grant, who was formerly the Heavyweight Champion of the World, in the art of boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira, krav maga and hapkido. She has also been trained in Dragon Style Kung Fu and pressure point fighting by Richard Dragon.

Weaponry- Dinah is highly trained and skilled in using all types of weaponry such as swords, knives, batons, but she usually prefers to fight in hand to hand combat.

Investigative Skills- With her father being a cop, she was exposed and enamored by her father’s work, that she briefly studied forensics and criminology at an early age.

Throat Strikes- a well-timed blow in her throat can cause Dinah to temporarily lose her Canary cry ability

Noise-cancellation- if any type of sound is played with an equal amount of intensity and frequency to her screams, it can possibly cancel out the sound waves and deem her Canary cry useless.
